Low smoke halogen free flame retardant control cable

Property and function: the products of halogen-free low smoke fire retardant (flame resistant) control cable are provided with excellent mechanical physical property,electrical property, fire retardant (flame resistant) property, and also with properties of halogen free, low smoke, etc.

Application: This product is suitable for controlling and monitoring return circuit and protecting line with rated voltage 0.6/1kV and below, which requires specially fire safety, such as tall buildings, metros,oil platforms, computer centers, nuclear power stations, hospitals, ships,etc.

Properties of application:
1) Max. rated temperature of the conductor is 90^oC
2) Max. short-circuit temperature of the conductor shall not exceed 250^oC
3) Max. sustaining period not exceed 5 seconds
4) Installation temperature of cable shall not below 0^oC

Construction specifications of cable:
1) Conductor: round solid or twisted conductor is adopted for the conductor of the
    cable, its construction and resistance accord with the requirements of IEC228
    in "plastic insulated control cable"
2) Insulation: the XLPE is adopted for the insulation material; fire-retardant insulation
    material consists of two parts: wrapped mica tape and XLPE. Mica tape is high
    temperature insulation material, it may be not breakdown for 3 hours, at
    temperature 1073K and voltage 1,000V
3) Filling and wrap: insulated conductor is twisted to cable, and the gap between
   the finished cables is filled with halogen-free low smoke fire retardant strand.
  The wrapped material adopts halogen-free low smoke fire-retardant tape, overlapped wrapping
4) Undersheath and oversheath: the halogen-free low smoke fire retardant polyolefin
    material, adopted in both undersheath and oversheath, is a special material for
    halogen-free, fIfe-retardant, low smoke and low toxicity polyolefin cable, with
    excellent extrusion and fire-retardant properties, operating temperature is 90^oC
